Authors are invited to submit electronically through the conference webpage previously unpublished papers relevant to the workshop topics. Short papers up to two pages will be reviewed by a program committee to be included in the workshop proceedings. Authors of accepted short papers are encouraged to submit a full version of the papers at the workshop, which will be peer reviewed for inclusion in a special issue of the ISTP indexed book series “IOS Studies on Applied Electromagnetic and Mechanics”, published by IOS Press.

Delegate – the registration fee is per paper and includes the book of abstracts, IOS Press post-conference proceedings, welcome reception, lunches, banquet, coffee breaks and participation in all related workshop social events.

Student – the discount registration fee is per paper and includes the flashdrive with abstracts, welcome reception, lunches, banquet, coffee breaks and participation in all related workshop social events.

Accompanying person – the registration fee includes welcome reception, lunches, banquet, coffee breaks and participation in all related workshop social events.

An additional fee of 50€ per paper will be applied to those participants who paid full registration fee and will have more than one paper accepted for publication in the IOS Press post-conference proceedings.
